These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 7uj7 platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bet. By registering with 7uj7, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out below.
What You Need to Know Before You Play

7uj7 is strictly an 18+ platform. No person under the age of 18 may register an account, make a deposit, accept a bonus, or place any bet. Age is verified at registration and again before the first withdrawal is processed. Accounts found to belong to underage players are closed immediately and all balances forfeited.
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one 7uj7 account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms. 7uj7 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them upon detection of multiple accounts.
All withdrawals are processed exclusively to the verified payment method registered to your 7uj7 account. 7uj7 will not redirect a withdrawal to a third-party account, a different mobile number, or a different bank account from the one verified at KYC. This policy protects players from fraud and is non-negotiable.
All bonuses and promotional credits offered by 7uj7 are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before the associated funds become withdrawable. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps for each promotion are published in full in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus abuse will result in account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7uj7 login credentials. All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — is your responsibility. 7uj7 will not reverse transactions that were conducted while your account was logged in, regardless of whether you authorised them.
7uj7 may only be used for lawful recreational gambling purposes. Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, arbitrage betting schemes, or any other unlawful activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
General Terms and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the Player", "you", or "your") and 7uj7 (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the 7uj7 website located at https://7uj7.net and all associated services, products, games, promotions, and features offered thereon (collectively, "the Services").
By completing the account registration process, by clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent acceptance checkbox during onboarding, or by accessing or using any part of the Services following the publication of these Terms, you irrevocably confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
- You are at least 18 years of age;
- You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction;
- You are not acting on behalf of another individual or entity;
- The funds you use to deposit and play are lawfully obtained personal funds.
Amendments. 7uj7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, 7uj7 will publish a revised version on the Platform with an updated effective date and, where practicable, notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. Your continued use of the Services following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account in accordance with the Account Closure procedure set out in Section 7 below.
Language. These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity arising from any translation of these Terms into another language, the English-language version shall prevail in all respects.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, such provision shall, to that extent, be severed from the remaining provisions, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Effective Date
These Terms came into effect on 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. Players who registered before this date are bound by the updated Terms from the effective date onward.
English Governs

Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible to register and maintain a 7uj7 account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times during your use of the Services:
- You are a natural person aged 18 years or older;
- You are a resident or physically located in a jurisdiction where access to the Services is not prohibited by applicable law;
- You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of 7uj7 or any of its affiliated entities;
- You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 7uj7 or any recognised gambling self-exclusion scheme;
- You have not previously had a 7uj7 account closed for breach of these Terms.
2.2 Registration Process
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh. You warrant that all information provided at registration is truthful and that you will promptly update your account details if any information changes.
7uj7 reserves the right to request documentary proof to verify any information provided during or after registration. Acceptable identification documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. Proof of address may be evidenced by a utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months.
2.3 One Account Policy
Each player is strictly limited to one registered account. If 7uj7 detects that a player has opened more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details, device identifiers, IP addresses, payment methods, or any combination thereof — 7uj7 will close all duplicate accounts. Any winnings, bonuses, or promotional credits accumulated across duplicate accounts shall be void and forfeited. The player's primary account may also be subject to suspension or permanent closure at 7uj7's discretion.
2.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party for any reason. You must notify 7uj7 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 7uj7 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
3.1 Currency
All transactions on the 7uj7 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). Account balances, bet amounts, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawal amounts are all displayed and settled in BDT. No currency conversion fee is applied to deposits or withdrawals processed in BDT.
3.2 Accepted Deposit Methods

3.3 Deposit Processing
Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 7uj7 account in real time in the vast majority of cases. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two banking hours to reflect in your account balance, subject to the processing schedules of the originating bank. 7uj7 does not charge a fee for processing deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
3.4 Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the verified payment method registered on your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals for fully verified accounts are processed within an average of 10 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one banking day. 7uj7 processes withdrawals 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including public holidays.
A withdrawal request will not be processed until your account has completed full KYC verification. 7uj7 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds for doing so, including but not limited to an unusual pattern of deposits and withdrawals, a first-time withdrawal above a threshold amount, or a change in registered payment method.
3.5 Player Funds
Player funds deposited with 7uj7 are held in accounts segregated from the Platform's operational funds. This means that your deposited Taka is not used to fund 7uj7's operating expenses and is available for withdrawal at any time, subject to any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds in your account.

Third-Party Payments
7uj7 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your name, and will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Attempting to use a third-party payment method is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits offered by 7uj7 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a 7uj7 account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus balance (and any winnings derived from it) can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game categories, and time limit for completion are specified in the relevant promotion. Bets placed on games excluded from wagering requirement fulfilment will not count toward the rollover total.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
7uj7 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using low-risk betting strategies (such as hedging or arbitrage) to manufacture wagering requirement completion with minimal financial risk; exploiting technical errors or software bugs to generate bonus credits; and colluding with other players to share bonus funds. Detection of bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
4.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions
7uj7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in but before the wagering requirement has been completed, 7uj7 will honour any bonus funds already credited but will not credit further promotional amounts under that offer.
4.5 Welcome Bonus
New players who register a 7uj7 account and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the Welcome Bonus as described in the current promotion materials published on the Platform. The Welcome Bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device. Players who are found to have claimed the Welcome Bonus multiple times — whether through multiple accounts or other means — will have the bonus forfeited and their accounts reviewed for closure.

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC verification;
- Using the Platform while under 18 years of age or while subject to a self-exclusion order;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or RNG mechanisms;
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage — any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void;
- Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime;
- Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means;
- Colluding with other players, Platform employees, or third parties to manipulate game results or betting markets;
- Using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or account blocks;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing 7uj7 staff or other players through any communication channel;
- Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting, match-fixing, or insider information use in the sportsbook.
7uj7 reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. During an investigation, the Platform may place a temporary hold on the account's withdrawal functionality. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, 7uj7 will close the account, forfeit the balance, and — where legally required — report the conduct to the relevant authorities.
Game Rules and Betting Rules
6.1 Game Integrity and RNG
All casino games available on 7uj7 that are determined by a random number generator (RNG) use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested for fairness and randomness. The outcome of each game round is independent of all previous and subsequent rounds. 7uj7 does not influence game outcomes in any way after the RNG certification process is complete.
6.2 Live Casino Games
Live casino games streamed through third-party providers such as Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live are subject to the rules of those providers as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round outcome will be determined according to the rules of the relevant provider. 7uj7 will credit or debit the result to your account as soon as the round outcome is confirmed with the provider.
6.3 Sportsbook Betting Rules
All sports bets placed through 7uj7 are subject to the betting rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. Key provisions include:
- Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid once confirmed by the 7uj7 system and a bet reference number is issued. Bets placed during a period of incorrect odds (palpable error) may be voided at 7uj7's discretion.
- In-Play Betting: In-play bets are subject to a short acceptance delay to prevent exploitation of delayed broadcast feeds. 7uj7 reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after the event outcome has been determined.
- Settlement: All cricket bets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh national team matches — are settled in accordance with the official result issued by the relevant cricket board at the conclusion of the match.
- Abandoned Events: In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before completion, bets will be settled according to the relevant sport-specific rules in the sportsbook rules section.
6.4 Palpable Errors
Where an obvious error (palpable error) has occurred in the display of odds, game paytables, or bonus amounts — whether caused by a technical fault, human error, or third-party data error — 7uj7 reserves the right to correct the error and void any bets or transactions conducted at the incorrect price or value. 7uj7 will notify affected players and return their stake amounts in full where a bet is voided under this clause.
Game Providers
7uj7 hosts content from certified providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each provider operates under its own certified RNG and game-rules framework.
Cricket Settlement
Cricket match results are settled using official scorecards from the relevant governing body — ICC, BCB, BCCI, or PCB as applicable. BPL and Bangladesh Tigers match results follow BCB official data exclusively.
Account Suspension and Closure
7.1 Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your 7uj7 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before processing the closure, 7uj7 will confirm your identity and ensure that any outstanding wagering requirements are disclosed to you. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method following successful KYC verification. Account closure requests are typically actioned within 24 hours of verification.
7.2 Suspension or Closure by 7uj7
7uj7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms;
- Provision of false or misleading information at registration or during KYC;
- Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of unlawfully obtained funds;
- Detection of multiple accounts in violation of the one-account policy;
- Confirmed bonus abuse or exploitation of technical errors;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
- A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request;
- Reasonable suspicion that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
7.3 Effect of Closure
Upon account closure, your right to access and use the 7uj7 Services terminates immediately. Where an account is closed by 7uj7 for breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at 7uj7's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to breach — such as at the player's own request — the remaining real-money balance will be returned following verification.
7.4 Responsible Gaming Closures
Players who request account closure for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — will have their account closed with immediate effect. 7uj7 will not accept a request to reopen a self-excluded account for a minimum cooling-off period of six months. Liability Limitations and Dispute Resolution

7uj7's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services — regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 7uj7 account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.2 Service Availability
7uj7 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Platform is available at all times. However, 7uj7 does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Services. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party provider outages, or events beyond 7uj7's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. 7uj7 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of such interruptions.
8.3 Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between you and 7uj7 regarding any aspect of the Services — including game outcomes, withdrawal delays, bonus terms, or account decisions — you should first contact the 7uj7 support team at [email protected] with a clear written description of the dispute and the outcome you are seeking. 7uj7 will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and aims to provide a full response within five business days.
If you are not satisfied with the response provided by the support team, you may escalate the dispute by requesting a formal review by 7uj7's management team. Details of the escalation process are available upon request from the support team. 7uj7 is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly and transparently.
8.4 Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising from or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
8.5 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 7uj7 with respect to your use of the Services and supersede all prior representations, warranties, or understandings whether written or oral.
